The Explorer’s Quest’s visual part is somewhat simple and at the same time, very interesting. In the background, you can see the outside of a tomb decorated with pharaoh statues. At the right, a light flickers from the tomb’s opening adding to the whole ominous vibe. The reels dominate the landscape as they occupy the biggest part of the screen and are encased in a stone slab.
Other than the fact the game uses a 3×9 set of reels, everything else works in a classic way. The only thing that changes is that wins pay both from left to right and vice versa.

Upon activation, a random special symbol and a random number of free spins up to 20 are selected. The special symbol expands on the appearing reels and pays on any positions of the selected paylines. Moreover, the free spins feature can be retriggered infinite times during the feature.
If this bonus feature is triggered the player will receive a random bet multiplier from 1x to 50x.
After each win, the player can choose to enter a gamble mini-game for a chance to double his earnings. If he enters, he will be prompted to choose between “red” and “black”. If the revealed hidden card is of the same color as his choice then he doubles the win. Otherwise, he loses.
The feature ends when the player cashes out or if he loses. In the latter case, he also loses all winnings gathered up to that point including those of the winning spin that triggered the feature.
