Tsars Casino was established in 2020, and their operator RR Investments N.V is also quite new to the market. They operate three other online casinos currently, with more planned.
Because they’ve only been around for a few years, RR Investments and Tsars.com have yet to establish a full online reputation. Many of the payment companies and game developers they work with though are certainly reputable and well known, which is always a good sign.
Tsars.com is a decent looking website. It might not break the wheel with anything new, but its clean and easy to use with all the features you’d expect from a modern online casino site. We also quite like that they seem to have done all their own custom artwork previews for each of the slot games, in their own style. That’s not something you see at every online casino!
Tsars Casino Bonuses
Tsars.com offers a decent selection of bonuses. They have an excellent deposit match bonus package that can see you bag up to €2,000 and 200 free spins across your first four deposits. That’s a hugely generous package!
Not only that but their bonuses all come with a 25x wagering requirement. That’s actually fair – not the very best, but definitely lower than many online casinos.
The only thing is bonuses here have a €3 max bet. That’s lower than the €5 you’ll find at a lot of casino sites. Still, a good welcome package overall! This, and this is important, the bonus terms information is not always made overly clear at Tsars.com.
You have to actually click on the accept bonus button, before you can read the bonus terms. This takes you to a “confirm page”, where you can read the terms and then accept or reject the offer. This isn’t very clear, as you can probably tell!
If you want to read the bonus terms otherwise, you have to go looking in the (lengthy) terms and conditions page to find them. Most online casinos, many with bonus terms are that are worse than here, make all that information easily accessible. As they should!
Tsars.com also lacks any kind of VIP or regular customer programme. Players who lose than €20 on any given day will get a proportional number of free spins the next day – but only if your account is in overall loss. And that’s your lot.

Tsars Casino Games
Tsars.com more slot games than anything else in their online casino selection. That covers a few hundred plus titles, from retro three-reel titles to modern.
There are also virtual table games, like roulette, blackjack and baccarat. However, these don’t get their own section and you have to search for them.
The bigger selection of casino table games is in the live casino. Live games have their own section of the site, and most of the developers have their own lobby system too. Here you can play so many different kinds of blackjack, baccarat, casino poker, game shows – all sorts of titles are on offer!
As well as sorting by developer and game type, you can also “favourite” a game. This lets you create your own custom list of most played games. A feature we always like to see!
Slots and software
Tsars.com has 21 slots developers on their books. That’s decent, but not anywhere near the top-tier online casinos out there. Their slots selection does include some very big names however, including Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Spinomenal, Red Tiger and many more.
One glaring omission from Tsars.com though, is jackpot slots. There are literally no progressive jackpot prize slots here. That’s a big omission, as players love these and they’re among some of the most popular online casino titles out there.
All the games they do have, of which there are loads of excellent and popular titles, can all be played on mobile. There’s no dedicated app for iOS or Android device owners though.

Tsars.com provides a good range of deposit and withdrawal options. Maybe slightly more than your average online casino, but not by a lot.
You can deposit and cash out via cards like MasterCard or VISA but also e-wallets like Skrill and various payment processors like PaySafe or Neosurf. All deposit methods are processed instantly. There are no direct bank transfers at Tsars.com, but you can use third party platforms Trustly or Instant Banking to facilitate them.
Cryptocurrency deposits are also available here – which is always cool. You get Litecoin and Bitcoin for deposits, and you can withdraw in those as well as Ethereum or Tether.
Minimum deposit at Tsars.com is €20 or equivalent and the maximum is €5,000. There’s no KYC or identity checks when depositing, but you will be asked before any withdrawal.
Once passed, all standard withdrawals will be processed in 24 hours or less. From there all methods will be instant, except cards which can up to 3 days.

This isn’t great. Maybe they won’t charge you a fee ever – we didn’t get one during our review. However, a top-tier casino should be completely open about when they will charge a fee (or not).
