Viva Las Vegas is a game which does not really do Sin City justice. It is supposed to be based on the showgirl side of Vegas, but the imagery and theme, perhaps, do not showcase the capital of gambling as well as the graphics and atmosphere found in rival slots. Viva Las Vegas uses a cascading reels system. This means that whenever you score a win on the reels, any symbols which featured in those wins will be removed from the screen. New ones will take up their place, and you can potentially pocket multiple wins from these re-spins. At the same time, you can power up a meter beside the reels.
