Visually, the game is as simple as it can be since the background consists of a few mountainous areas being slightly visible in the distance due to the thick fog. Tower Quest features 4 low paying and 5 high paying symbols. The first come in the form of card values J-A followed by an orc, a skeleton, a dragon, a male, and a female warrior.
The game’s special symbols are:
- Wild – Represented by the tower symbol, the wild has the length of a full reel (3 positions), but it can still appear on the board partially. It substitutes for all symbols except for the bonus and the scatter.
- Scatter – There are 2 scatters represented by the blue and red potion bottles. Each of them is collected and a number of those can be redeemed to activate special features.

Every time a scatter appears, it will be collected and the correspondent vials at the sides of the reel set will progress by 1 level. The blue vial consists of 15 levels while the red consists of 30 levels but both of which are divided into 3 parts.
In order to activate a bonus mode, you will need to have filled the selected vial by at least one full part.
Based on when you activate the blue vial, you will be awarded:
- The Tower – 1 free spin with the middle reel being wild and a 2x win multiplier
- Battle of the Wilds – 1 free spin where all the high paying symbols act as a wild
- Towers of Dark Power – 1 free spin with reels 1, 3, and 5 being wild
Based on when you activate the red vial, you will be awarded:
- Empowered Wilds – 5 free spins with a 3x win multiplier
- Wild Adventurers – 5 free spins with the male and female warrior symbols acting as wild symbols
- Everburning Wilds – 5 free spins with a new sticky wild appearing at the start of each spin
If you haven’t activated any of the bonus modes, then the third mode will be automatically activated as soon as the correspondent vial has been filled.
At the beginning of the game, you will be prompted to choose your character among the male and female warriors, each of which has a special ability. The game consists of 3 rounds.
At the start of each round, you will be dealt 6 cards. Rolling the dice will determine which 3 cards you will play. If you roll the same number more than once then the selected card is played this number of times and your warrior’s special ability is activated.
Each card has an attack and health value. The cards fight against the evil wizard’s cards and based on who wins you are awarded a coin prize.
