Following on from where Jungle Jim: El Dorado set off, this game continues the hero’s adventure, this time taking him to Egypt in search of treasure. Much like the original game, there are quite poor graphics here. The animation is dated, resembling something akin to PS2-level graphics. This has been done on purpose and is not a mistake. However, there are better looking adventure-themed games out there.

Jungle Jim and the Lost Sphinx comes with Microgaming’s customary Rolling Reels feature. This means that there is potential there for you to scrape together multiple wins on a single spin. Let us see how that works as we dive closer into the game’s features…
Following any win, the Rolling Reels feature commonly seen in other Microgaming slots comes into its own. It can remove winning symbols and replace them with new ones, allowing you to stand a chance of bagging several wins in succession. A multiplier will increase with each consecutive win. Bag one or two wins in a row to land 2x and 3x multiplier. Three wins in a row offers a new 5×5 reel set with 50 lines, and a 4x multiplier to boot. Make it fourth or five wins in succession to play with 5x and 10x multipliers. After a losing spin, you will revert to the base game.
If you have not landed a win by the third spin with the Rolling Reels mode, a Second Chance modifier may kick into gear. This gives you another attempt at trying to land a prize.
