Inspired by the place where according to the fairytale King Arthur’s sword was forged, this slot is about Avalon island and its majestic atmosphere. Spin the reels and witness magic happen in front of your eyes while hidden treasures come to the surface.

Avalon was released back in 2006 by Microgaming and even after so many years have gone by it remains a player favorite. The game’s graphics are better than what you’d expect from such an old title. An epic tune plays in the foggy background where you can hardly make out an island and a castle located on the sides of the dashboard. The Avalon logo dominates the game screen as it captures a fairly wide area at the top of the display just above the yellow trimmed slot border.

As for the mechanics, the game plays and feels like its younger brother, Avalon 2, a slot offered by the same provider.

Despite its age and even though the animations are a bit outdated Avalon still manages to entertain players with its captivating art style and features.

How to Play Avalon

The game features the classic 3 lines and 5 reels layout while offering only 20 paylines. The interface is located at the bottom of the screen. Starting from left to right you’ll find the menu, autoplay feature, spin button, quick spin option, and the stake selection.

The bets start at $0.2 ($0.01 per line) and are capped at $200 ($10 per line) per spin. The available repetitions when autoplay is activated are 10x, 25x, 50x, and 100x.
