It always appears stacked and if it lands fully visible covering an entire reel then it will trigger a respin. If one or two other reels become fully covered by the Viking wilds then the feature is triggered again, awarding a respin where the wild reels are held.
The Viking long boat bonus symbol can only land on reels 1 and 5. Getting them both to land will trigger the feature which will award 10 free spins.
