Visual-wise, the game takes place in front of the Colosseum as on one side we see a lit brazier and at the other the stadium. What’s interesting, however, is the presence of not one, but two sets of reels. Each one comes in focus when it’s its turn to spin.

How to Play Spartacus Super Colossal Reels
The game has two sets of reels both of which consist of 5 reels. The main one has 4 rows while the colossal set has 12 rows. Symbols at the last reel of the colossal set appear in a mega form. The slot has 100 fixed paylines. You can set the preferred bet size and enable the autoplay feature by using the controls located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
The game has 4 low paying, 4 medium paying, and a couple of high paying symbols. The first come in the form of card values J – A which are followed by a chariot, a shield with a sword, a masked gladiator, and a lion. The most rewarding symbols are represented by a male and a female gladiator.
The game’s special symbols are:
- Wild – The game has two main wilds, the Spartacus and the Super Spartacus symbols, both of which substitute for all symbols excluding the Colosseum bonus.
- Multiplier Wilds – These work like the classic wilds but if they participate in a winning combination, that win is multiplied by their number which can be 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x, or 25x.

Spartacus Super Colossal Reels Features
The game has its fair share of bonus features so without wasting any time let’s start discovering them one by one.
If an entire reel of Spartacus or Super Spartacus symbols appears on the main reel set then an identical reel is transferred to the same reel of the colossal reel set. Wild Transfers can’t cover wild multipliers. Any covered Colosseum symbols create a bonus/wild symbol.
Before a spin initiates, some Spartacus symbols on reels 1 to 4 may be replaced with the Super Spartacus symbol. The Super Spartacus symbol can’t appear on reel 5 of the main reel set and can only appear in the colossal reel set via a wild transfer.
A respin will be awarded every time a Super Spartacus wild transfer occurs. The original spin is evaluated, after which the Super Spartacus symbols turn into Spartacus symbols and are held in place for the respin. If Super Spartacus stacks appear in the respin then the feature is reactivated. There can be up to 9 consecutive respins.
These are oversized Spartacus and Super Spartacus symbols that are 2 reels wide and may spin on two adjacent reels on reels 1 to 4 before the spin initiates.
Based on the number of bonus symbols you get you will be awarded:
- 3 Colosseum symbols – 8 free spins and 2x total bet
- 4 Colosseum symbols – 12 free spins and 5x total bet
- 5 or 6 Colosseum symbols – 20 free spins and 20x total bet
During these free spins, the 50x and 100x wild multipliers are made available. The free spins can be retriggered up to 10 times. Also, in free spins, any wild landing on a reel will fill the remaining positions so that it triggers a wild transfer.
