As soon as you launch the game, you will notice a lot is going on. First things first, the plot is set on a field where a spaceship has crash-landed as is visible on the left side of the screen. As for the characters, captain Fox and the armadillo are the first ones you will notice since the other enemies will appear later on in the session.
As for the mechanics, winning combinations are formed by 5 or more horizontally or vertically adjacent matching symbols. The winning symbols explode and new symbols drop into the vacant positions potentially creating more wins.

How to Play Nuke World
The game consists of 7 rows and 7 reels. Just like any other Evoplay slot, the controls are found at the bottom of the interface letting you set the preferred betting amount, enable the autoplay function, spin, or enter the in-game menu for further information and gameplay customization.
Nuke World features 4 low paying and 4 high paying symbols. The first come in the form of a blue rhombus, a green square, an orange triangle, and a yellow hexagon while the most rewarding symbols are represented by bombs of the same previously mentioned colors.
The slot’s special symbol is:
- Wild – Represented by the skull bomb, the wild substitutes for all other symbols. It can’t transform into a big or huge bomb symbol and can only appear on the reels during random or boss events.

Just like most Evoplay titles, this one is filled with special features. Let’s take a look at them.
There are 4 kinds of random events in the game and they may be triggered after any losing spin thus increasing your chances of getting a winning combination. These are:
- Vortex – Captain Fox throws a bomb at the center of the reels causing all the symbols of the same type to be attracted to it.
- Eviscerate – Captain Fox cuts 3 lines of symbols diagonally destroying two of them and filling the middle one with wild symbols.
- Flare – Captain Fox shoots a laser through the fifth row destroying low paying symbols and turning high paying symbols into wilds.
- Ricochet – Captain Fox shoots a bullet that randomly rebounds against 6 high paying symbols replacing them with wilds.
Captain Fox’s ultimate power is triggered after a total of 15 symbols take part in winning combinations during the same spin. After the ultimate is activated, the enemy is defeated and the associated boss event is triggered. These are:
- Armadillo – All bomb symbols of the same random type are moved to the center of the reels.
- Chameleon – Two or three random low paying symbol types turn into the bomb symbol of their respective color.
- Rooster – Three or four random bomb symbols turn into wilds and destroy symbols vertically and horizontally. The explosion might turn more bomb symbols into wilds.
- Rhino – A giant 4×4 bomb falls on the reels acting like a wild symbol. With each cascade the bomb collapses, first turning into two 2×2 wild symbols and then separates into 6 wild symbols.
4 or 9 horizontally and vertically adjacent bomb symbols in a square shape can form a big and huge bomb which respectively awards a 2x or 5x multiplier when it participates in a winning combination. Bomb symbols may turn into big or huge bombs only after random or boss events have been triggered. Only the highest bomb multiplier that participates in a winning combination is paid.
