During spins, 1-13 positions on the reels might light on fire causing them to split into two instances of the same symbol.
This feature activates when there are 2 dead patient symbols on the reels. It reveals one of the high-paying patient symbols with a multiplier between 5x and 9,999x attached to it. The multiplier depends on the symbol count on that reel.
Located at the bottom of reels 2 and 4 are two enhancer cells that are activated with 4 and 6 fire frames respectively. Each enhancer cell can reveal:
- A dead patient symbol
- A patient symbol

Triggered by landing spider symbols on reels 2 and 4. The spider symbol is transformed to X-Ways, X-Split, patient, dead patient, or wild symbol.

The highest multiplier of each symbol is collected alongside its count. The count signifies the number of a particular patient symbol revealed. Once collected, the dead multiplier is transferred to the respective patient symbol based on the count when a new collected patient symbol appears on the reels. Every time a dead multiplier transfers to a patient symbol the count decrements by 1. These do not transfer to symbols revealed from dead patient symbols.
Triggered by 3 scorpions and 2 spider symbols awarding 10 free spins. Both spider symbols get sticky and trigger mental transform for each spin. The dead multiplier count for the patient symbols doesn’t decrement after each transfer to a patient symbol. It keeps building up with each new dead patient symbol reveal.
