As previously mentioned, the game utilizes the avalanche mechanic meaning that winning symbols disappear while new or existing ones drop from above to fill the void. However, this is just part of the fun. Every successful avalanche will increase the default multiplier by 1x. This resets after each spin but get this, it can theoretically keep on increasing indefinitely since there isn’t a multiplier cap. This means you can get crazy big wins just by playing base game spins.
Getting 3 scatter symbols will trigger the feature awarding 12 initial free spins. Each additional scatter symbol will award 4 extra free spins. Getting 2 scatters during the feature will give 3 free spins and an additional 3 for each extra scatter. The scatters are counted when no more avalanche features are rewarded for the current spin.
But this isn’t even the best part about the free spins feature. During the free spins, if there aren’t any winning combinations, a wild symbol will explode removing all other symbols vertically and horizontally. This wild explosion will trigger the avalanche feature which will set off the increasing multiplier which doesn’t reset after each spin as it does in the base game.
